The Security Institute of South Australia (SISA) was established in June 1972 as a voluntary, non-profit organisation with membership open to both individuals and companies providing security services in South Australia. The organisation's role is to further the professionalism of the security industry in South Australia and relies upon the support and involvement of professional security personnel.
Our aims and objectives are:
- To develop and promote an organised and co-ordinated body of security personnel
- To promote a close liaison between members and law enforcement & Government bodies
- To exchange information and experience between members in all matters of common interest and mutual concern
- To work towards improving the quality of security services and products available to industry, commerce and the public and to protect and improve the status of our members
